Clothing for the Ritual
Clothing: wear clothes that do not feel tight and avoid belts, laces, chains, and similar accessories. Ideally, you should wear a sari and nothing else.
In case you do not have one, a loose-fitting T-shirt and wide cotton trousers—only natural fibers are recommended—can help you feel comfortable.

How to Perform the Cosmic Forces Ritual
Stand upright, allowing your arms to fall naturally at your sides.
Keep the palms of your hands facing upward while keeping them close to your body.
Close your eyes and inhale deeply.
As you inhale, say mentally to yourself: “I call the cosmic forces into my body.”
Say the entire phrase in one single breath.
Hold your breath and continue to say mentally to yourself: “And I ask them to give me Strength, Protection, and Guidance.”
It is important to keep holding your breath!
Exhale slowly.
Repeat the Process Three Times in a Row
In this way, a direct connection is established with the Vital Energy of the Universe.
Now that this connection has been created, this energy is at your disposal.
What You May Experience During the Ritual
During the performance of this ritual, some unexpected events may occur. Do not allow yourself to be influenced by them, because worries can remove or reduce the energy you have obtained.
For example, you may experience:
- a very slight electric shock;
- a gust of wind;
- a delicate sound;
- a small earthquake;
- or you may simply not feel any kind of energy. However, this will improve 100% with practice. During the first attempts, it is possible that nothing will happen. You must continue trying again while having faith!
Make Your Request to the Cosmic Forces
Now make your request to the cosmic forces.
The request must be made in this way: “I WANT…”
Continue the sentence, but do not make it too long or too complicated.
After making your request, give thanks three times.
