LEGEND :
Moses and the rain of the frogs, one of the 10 plagues of Moses, an episode of the old testament that is not very represented in the history of art, therefore not very inflated and inspired me for several paintings.
The symbology is attributed to this allegorical metaphors where the frog, a lunar animal corresponds to water, and is a symbol of dark matter not yet differentiated.
It is also a symbol of the resurrection due to its metamorphosis: it is the soul traveling while the body sleeps, fragmented and scattered thoughts that torment meditation are associated with its leap.
It is the incarnation of the earth fertilized by the first rains of spring.
In the ogdoads, the Egyptian group of eight (7 frogs plus snake) which includes the four pairs of elementary forces proceed to the organized creation of the world and is a symbol of immortality.
