  • Shipping costs are entirely covered by us, so delivery is totally free for all our customers.
  • Depending on the product(s) purchased, different shipping methods may be used.
  • If for some reason there is a problem with your shipment, do not hesitate to contact us via our Contact page.
  • All orders are treated with the utmost care and traceable. After placing your order you will directly receive the tracking code of your package via email ( around 24 hours ). You can then view the status of your package.
  • By ordering multiple products from us, there may be the possibility that they will be shipped in different packages, with the same shipping times.
 
 
RETURN INFORMATION:
 
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the item under these conditions:
 
 
  • The item must not have been used.
  • The item must not have been damaged.
  • The item must be returned to us with Fedex Express with tracking number ( shipping cost and insurance paid by the client )
